Objectives

Target group:
Coaches, counsellors, teachers in schools and further education institutions, managers and team leaders.
Methodology:
Theoretical introduction to systemic methodology, demonstrations, group exercises, methodology and didactics for teaching, coaching, activities in nature, teaching and learning with all the senses.
Seminar content
- Solution-focused, systemic communication in conflict situations – finding solutions
- Personal values as a source of strength for teachers in the classroom, in coaching and in other teaching contexts
- Body language and body awareness
